About NewBuilt
NewBuilt is a model home showcase for new-construction buyers — every model home, from every builder, all in one place. The Phoenix metro launched in May 2026 with a sample drawn from the ten largest builders by 2024 closings (public data, no relationships), and is now in open enrollment for every Phoenix builder with a model home. The platform is built to expand to top new-construction metros across the country. Listing is free for builders. No lead walls, no reviews, no pay-to-play.

Why I built NewBuilt
I’m not an agent. I’m not a builder. I just love model homes and believe finding one to visit shouldn’t require ten browser tabs. So I built one place for all of them.
NewBuilt is independent — not owned by a builder, not beholden to one. Every builder gets equal visibility. Buyers find the model, contact the builder directly, and bring whichever agent they choose. Builders list for free. Agents subscribe to appear alongside the homes their clients are visiting anyway.
